Membership Director

1. Develops and implements an ongoing recruitment program to ensure membership renewal and to increase membership of the Chapter.

2. Acknowledges new members with details of the Chapter's activities and provide them with the benefits of membership.

3. Maintains and distributes (as required) a current roster of Chapter members in good standing.

4. Liaises with Association headquarters to resolve discrepancies in membership information.

5. Supports membership renewals.

6. Coordinates the Award of Chapter Tenure Pins and other methods of acknowledging Chapter membership.

7. Drafts a budget for submission to the Board of Directors.

8. Attends all Chapter and Board of Director meetings.

9. All Board members are responsible for maintaining the values of the Chapter and of ARMA International.
