Secretary

  1. Prepares and distributes agendas and minutes of Board Meetings, Special Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).  Ensure minutes of each Board and Special meeting are circulated to the Board and to the ARMA Canada's Mountain Regional Director.

  2. Manage the records holdings of the Chapter.  Ensures that a workable time-line is established to forward expired records to the Chapter Archivist.

  3. Ensures any correspondence and reporting relating to the Chapter's status with the Alberta Societies Act is completed.

  4. Drafts a budget for submission to the Board of Directors.

  5. Attends all Chapter and Board of Director meetings.

  6. All Board members are responsible for maintaining the values of the Chapter and of ARMA International.
